e-Mailed quarterly to a readership of over 3000 VCIA members, regulators, trade press and subscribers. During VCIA's annual conference, the newsletter is also distributed to over 1100 attendees.

Ad Volume Discounts:
- Advertisers that reserve a full year of newsletter ads (four (4) consecutive issues) will receive a 10% discount on the cost of their newsletter ads.
- Advertisers that reserve both a full year of newsletter ads and reserve an ad in our conference program will receive a 15% discount on the cost of their program ad.
VCIA Annual Conference Program:
Distributed to over 1100 annual conference attendees and used as a reference guide throughout the three day event for a wide variety of information such as schedule of events, seminar descriptions and speakers, .exhibit directory and map and even driving directions to offsite events.
