August 7 - 9 in Burlington, Vermont
Please call hotels directly to make a room reservation for your stay during the conference. Hotel confirmations will be sent directly to you from the hotel. The Sheraton room block is now open for all attendees who wish to stay there (the room block will remain open until the rooms sell out). The conference will be held at the Sheraton Burlington.

Transportation:
Free shuttle service will be available during the conference according to the following schedule:
August 7th
Shuttle Service to/from Sheraton / UVM Davis Center
From 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m. shuttles will be available to / from the Sheraton and the Davis Center.
VCIA will offer “On-Demand” shuttle service to/from designated overflow hotels list above by calling: 802.318-1594 as follows:
August 7th – 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
August 8th 7:00 a.m. – 6 p.m.
August 9th 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
* To schedule a morning pickup, please call between 3-7 p.m. the day before.
Sheraton Parking Information:
Please note that parking at the Sheraton is limited and VCIA encourages all attendees staying at other hotels to take advantage of the free shuttle service detailed above. The Essex hotel will offer its own shuttle service for guests. The VCIA shuttle will not travel to the Essex.
Reception at ECHO Lake Aquarium & Science Center:
Directions: From the Sheraton, turn right on to Williston Road (which becomes Main Street) and
continue all the way to the end, continue through the stop light and proceed toward
the ECHO Center (which will be visible on your left.) Limited parking is available in the
ECHO Center lot as well as on Lake Street. City parking meters are free after 6 p.m. and
the College Street/Hilton garage offers the first two hours of parking free.
